Oliver Waespi's trombone concerto "Scene Change", originally commissioned for the Gstaad Menuhin Festival in 2017 and reperformed recently by Lucas Tiefenthaler, solo trombone, and the Thuner Stadtorchester conducted by Laurent Gendre, will receive its international premiere at the Internationale Musikwoche Grenchen in 2022. It will be performed by the finalists of the 4th International Soloist Competition Grenchen and the Warshaw Chamber Philharmonic, conducted by Dariusz Mikulski, alongside works by Mozart and Beethoven.
